Split Ticket Reporting

A new field has been added that will allow split tickets to be readily identified.  Reports can be developed to calculate the percentage of tickets that are split or to list the split tickets.

Ticketing Agent Reporting

A new field has been added to identify the ticketing agent. 

AAirPass Reconciliation

An AAirpass reconciliation program has been written that reconciles American Airlines AAirPass records against the CrossFire database and updates the cost with the actual amounts charged.

Hotel Chain Group Reporting

CrossFire can produce reports that summarize hotel chains into hotel chain groups.  For example, Marriott, Marriott Courtyard, Fairfield Inn, etc can be combined into a Marriott Corporation total.

Airline Alliance Reporting

CrossFire can produce reports that summarize airlines into Airline Alliance groups.  For example, United Airlines, Lufthansa, etc can be combined into the Star Alliance.

Excel Output Changes

A number of formatting changes have been made to enhance the Excel spreadsheets produced by CrossFire.

New Excel Output Format

A new style of Excel output, Excel Data, is been created to allow end users to more easily sort Excel spreadsheets produced by CrossFire.

TRX Export format

A new "Miscellaneous Export" has been created that allows CrossFire data to be exported in a format acceptable by TRX for British Airways contract reporting.

Market Share Reports

A Market Share reporting capability has been developed that allows the CCrossFire user to enter a list of airport pairs and target percentages by airline and client.  Reports can be produced that calculate actual market share and variance from the target.

Connecting Point Reports

CrossFire now stores the connecting airports and airlines in the Markets records.  This feature allows reports that show the number of direct flights and connecting airlines and connecting airports in key markets.

Point-of-Sale Reporting

New data definitons have been added that allow the country in which the invoice was booked or ticketed to be determined.

Diners Club Export

A new "Miscellaneous Export" has been added that will allow CrossFire data to be exported in a format compatible with the DIners Club T&E Reconciler software

World Ledger and Travcom interfaces

CrossFire now has interfaces to the World Ledger and Travcom back office systems.

Coming Attractions

The following enhancements are either under development or planned for development:

  • Import statistics from non-back office systems (Telephone call systems, group travel systems, general ledger systems, etc.)
